Shipping Area

We currently offer shipping to addresses within the United States and Puerto Rico. We do not support shipping to:

  • PO Boxes

  • Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)

  • Overseas territories of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico)

Shipping Carriers

We use reliable shipping carriers to deliver your orders:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)

  • UPS (United Parcel Service)

  • FedEx

These carriers are used based on your location and the best possible shipping option for your order. When your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number, and you can track your package directly on the carrier’s website

Shipping Costs

We strive to offer fair and transparent shipping fees:

  • For the United States (Mainland):

    • Standard Shipping Fee: Flat rate of $4.99 for all U.S. mainland orders.

    • Free Shipping on all orders over $89.00.

  • For Puerto Rico:

    • Standard Shipping Fee: Flat rate of $9.99 for all Puerto Rico orders.

    • No Free Shipping available for Puerto Rico.

Shipping costs will be automatically calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Processing Time & Delivery

To ensure you receive your goods as soon as possible, we break down our process into two stages:

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays).

  • Transit Time:

    • For the United States (Mainland): Typically 4–6 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

    • For Puerto Rico: Deliveries typically take 7–10 business days depending on the carrier.

Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed by 2:00 PM (PST) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Timeline Example

For both U.S. mainland and Puerto Rico orders:

  • Monday (Day 0): You place your order after 2:00 PM (PST). Your order will be processed on Tuesday.

  • Tuesday-Wednesday (Day 1-2): Your order is processed, packed, and we send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

  • For U.S. mainland: 4–6 business days for delivery.

  • For Puerto Rico: 7–10 business days for delivery.

Track Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Tracking number for your package.

  • A link to track your order’s journey directly on the shipping carrier’s website.

Please note that tracking information may take 24-48 hours to be updated after you receive the shipping confirmation email.

Damaged or Lost Goods

Goods Damaged During Transportation: We pack our products as carefully as possible, but if you receive a damaged item, please:

  • Contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the damaged product and the condition of the packaging.
  • We’ll review and offer appropriate solutions, including sending a replacement or refund.

Lost Package: If your order hasn’t arrived after 14 business days and tracking information has not been updated for more than 7 days, please contact us immediately. We’ll investigate with the carrier and, if confirmed lost, reship your order or issue a refund.

Cancel Order

You can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. As we process orders quickly, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of placing your order.

If the order has already been handed over to the carrier (i.e., you have received a tracking number), we cannot cancel the order. In that case, you will need to follow our Return & Refund Policy once you have received the product.
